Educational Meeting - Texas Medicaid Waivers Explained

Ghfeds would like to invite you to our first parent educational meeting for 2016, Texas Medicaid Waivers Explained presented by Heather Burdeaux on Thursday January 28th from 6-8pm at League City United Methodist Church.

Speaker:
Heather Burdeaux is a CLASS Medicaid-waiver case manager, STAP vendor, and mom of 2 children with Down syndrome. She will speak about various ways to access Medicaid such as the Medicaid Buy In for Children, a new program to assist people who already have Medicaid called Community First Choice, and how to access STAP (Specialized Telephone Assistance Program) for a device to communicate such as an iPhone or iPad.
